exams over!

EXAMS ARE OVER!!!

im having this silly grin on my face all day long even though theres nothing farny to make me smile..

im down with fever again.. always get sick after major exams.. the after effects of stress.. hmm..

im sick but im happy!!!

no more mugging!

went to NYDC for lunch today with cy, yt and edmund.. yum!

walked around suntec aimlessly after lunch looking at watches and stuff.. looking at all those pretty watches gives me the urge to revive my beloved swatch chrono..

been hesitating about it cause the watch costs around 200 bucks.. i dont think replacing the strap will come cheap..

sorry for the digression..

we walked around until about 4 plus before we went home..

i decided to head over to the library at jurong east to find some books.. ive been longing to read some novels for ages already..

finally found the books that i was looking for..

OUTBREAK BY ROBIN COOK!!!

i finally found the book after years of searching in libraries all over singapore.. its my favourite novel ever.. i read it when i was in sec one i think.. lots of words that i didnt understand then.. but that didnt stop it from becoming my favourite book..

thrilled to be able to read it again.. im sure ill be able to understand the book and appreciate it better this time round.. so happy ^^

another book that i found after searching for ages is hemingway's old man and the sea..

i know it sounds silly that im reading something that has potential to be used as a literature textbook.. but its truly a classic by hemingway.. no wonder he won a nobel prize for writing this book..

anyway.. im judging the book from my own opinions.. not from reviews of the book..

ive already finished reading the book =)

im a super duper fast reader cum the book is pretty thin..

the novel is an art of the english language.. simple but able to bring out the emotions..

wanted to borrow grapes of wrath by steinback.. but i cant find it..

but im happy enough to find 2 books =)

guess ill be reading like a bookworm for the next few days..
