Happy CNY!

went to watch 霍元甲 today with the gang..

jet li's last action movie.. its worth the $9.50.. haven watched a movie that i really really like for ages already.. die die must watch for peeps who like martial art-y (sic) flicks..

the movie is rated NC16 and i got asked about my age when i tried to enter the theatre..

and the most insulting thing was.. my friend is underage and he got in without anyone noticing..

aw man.. embarrassing.

ang bao business is bad this year.. but its one of the happiest CNY to me..

various reasons.. shall state a few to make myself happy again thinking of it..

(1) i chose most of the stuff this new year.. from decorations to food.. the good comments about them made me feel really happy..

(2) the food this year is *drools* yummy..

(3) quite a number of relatives commented that im stick thin.. i dont know how they see it and i dont want to know.. =D

(4) i can tell my relatives that i already got a job when they start their "you know your grandpa and aunt (referring to my mum) dote on you so much you have to support them" theory.. im not trying to HL anything but ive heard that for like 15 years (assuming that i cant understand what they are saying til im 4 years old) and its driving me nuts..

(5) first time i helped out so much in the house during CNY.. grandpa actually commented that im 乖.. once in a blue moon praise from him.. =)

haven done anything related to the the tests and exams these few days.. i guess the happiness that im feeling now will wear off when i start studying tml..
