yup yup. tml is off day again. its funny that no one gives a hoot about me slogging in the earlier part of this month, and everyone seemed to notice that im having a lot of off days recently.

one last time im going to say this.

i just remembered that i havent prepared anything for my CME yet. and i just handed in my competency testing today.

and i thought i had a job that doesnt require anything from me after working hours. i feel so cheated. boo hoo.

i can barely keep my eyes open as im typing this. i think if im going to have to see a doctor soon if my fatigue continues. its ok to feel tired and sleepy but i feel this way with or without sleep, at work and at home.

i dont understand why. i feel like sleeping even while watching prison break. this is bad.
