what a dramatic turn of events.

just a few weeks ago, i made up my mind to throw letter (lingo for quitting) and sign up for both the police force and prisons to see who will take me.

ive been appointed the key operator for integra today.

key op. thats like a promotion, depending on how you look at it.

the positive one would be that the people up there trust you to take up more responsibility. and the key op title itself. only 5 other people in the lab share the same title and its not in the tradition for them to pick JMTs.

the negative one would be more sai gang at the same pay rate. and getting thrown into the whirlpool of politics because the climb is too fast.

now i kind of understand what zx meant when she said -
