a colleague got reduced to tears today by a doctor because of delayed result reporting.

i scolded a doctor today for playing tai chi with me when i seriously just want to get the panic value out for the benefit of the patient.

i hate doctors who think that they are some big fuck just because they are doctors.

if theyre so smart, draw the tube of blood and stare at it lah. ask it questions lah.

like maybe " hey tell me what is the content of calcium in you leh?"

if they can do it i dont mind them acting like big fucks. the problem is that they cant. and thats why they need us. and we need them. to work towards providing the best to patients.

they just cant seem to understand that point.

maturity certainly doesnt come in a package with a medical degree.
