"As the table shows, the percentage of female graduates remaining single increased significantly in all age groups, except the 35-39 age group, where the increase was less marked. One reason for this has been the difficulty of highly educated women in finding suitable marriage partners. Men, being the swines that they are, often prefer to marry woman who are less educated than themselves".
