The eczema at my heels is looking worse than the wikipedia image for advanced stage of dyshidrosis at the foot. The flaking just spiraled out of control after soaking half my feet wet for 3 consecutive days at dubious rivers, streams, and the waters from the South China Sea during the field trip at the neighboring country.
Some skin just flaked off and I heard a 'thud' sound when I threw that damn skin into the rubbish bin.
