ttsh dinner

had much fun today.. firstly its the dinner thingy with the TTSH staff.. didnt expect it to be so fun actually.. but its quite a refreshing thing to see the staff out of their lab coats.. dressing up nicely with make up and all to attend the function..

the dinner was held at a hotel near tan tock seng.. looks quite lok cok (aka low class) on the ouside.. but the interior is quite nice i must say.. the food is very nice too..

had a good laugh the entire night.. it started off with yeek teck wearing red.. poor him.. was teased to no end throughout the whole function.. a lot of farny things happened but there were a few that really made me laugh like mad.. for example.. Dr Lai dancing.. thats damn hilarious.. ive never seen him that crazy before.. rather sad to hear that hes leaving for australia soon.. i really think hes a nice guy.. hes not bad as a lecturer (he actually made the bone marrow blood morphology lecture understoodable..) too bad hes a haematologist..

ernest sang the 'love me' song again during the dinner.. he really has a fantastic voice.. with the good looks to match the voice.. nice~~

we were leaving after the dinner when we saw those balloons that were floating around the ceilling.. (personally.. ive always been very fascinated with those balloons that float.. looks cute..).. then everyone started to pull the balloons off the ceiling and carry them around.. cui wen even tied a bunch to her hair.. so farny.. we all took balloons with us as we left... huili chiuyen and i decided to let go of our balloons halfway cause we didnt want to take public transport with the balloons.. furthermore im going to orchard to meet the guys.. don wanna disgrace myself in public.. yeek teck also let his balloon go......... in a phone booth... we were laughing like mad.. his action is so farny when he left the balloon in the booth.. but then again.. thats yeek teck.. the farny guy..

took a train down to orchard to meet hoe.. kaiyuan and aaron.. had a great time talking to them.. can see that hoe is feeling quite down.. i dunno what i should say to him also.. i suck at giving advice.. luckily kaiyuan and aaron were there to liven up the atmosphere..

aaron suddenly asked me on msn today.. whether he can call me da jie.. so thats another lil bro for me other than kaiyuan.. was talking to aaron online just now when he told me i used to be very happy all the time.. but now... look sian sian all the time.. i didnt know that he actually noticed.. then he said he bought me something about a year ago but didnt give it to me.. was quite touched when i heard it from him.. hes only in sec 3.. but hes so mature in his thinking.. perhaps growing up in incomplete families has that effect on people.. kaiyuan.. aaron.. me.. maybe thats why we can get along well despite of the age difference.. theres a common thing in our lives that not everyone can understand..

going to play gunbound with them.. they got to redownload the entire thing.. just to keep me company and cheer me up.. im touched.. and happy... =)
