i miss him

listening to whirling of my dusty fan

blogging in the middle of the night usually means that im feeling sad and i need to pour out my feelings somewhere..

i injured my right wrist today during training.. now both of my wrists are injured.. the pain is pretty bad..

i dont know why ive developed a fear of holding planks.. i find myself shaking whenever i sit on top of someone.. and i have the tendency to move my arms away when the kick lands..

my tendency to move the plank away will get the kicker into trouble because theres a high possibility that the plank wont break.. although it has never happened so far..

maybe its because of the fact that ive been kicked in the hand for too many times that caused this phobia..

this has never happened to me before.. i dont know what is wrong with me..

i was sitting there alone at training just now when i recalled the last demo that the old team 2 performed.. especially the memories of us doing the military aerobics together..

being scolded in training together.. joking around after training.. somehow the same warmth of the team being together has never surfaced again since the team broke apart..

cs left...

ying left...

hong left...

ch left...

cs left without a word.. ying left us to pursue other things in life.. hong left because of NS committments.. ch left without a choice..

i miss the old days.. particularly the days when cs was around..

i really miss those days when he and ky would crap about things while i listened to them..

i miss seeing him do his lethal jumping backthrust.. one of my favourite things to do in training last time was to see him do his jumping backthrust.. speed, accuracy and power all in one kick..

although he has left.. sir has never failed to remind us that cs is still the best in backthrust in our club thus far..

i can see the disappointment on sir's face whenever he says that.. sigh.. cs was his student for 8 years after all..

sir is right...

cs is still the best..

in more ways than one in my heart..
