first day of school

oh man.. i can finally blog now without my lappy dying on me..

i hope it stays this way until i finish publishing this entry..

been feeling better after going to orchard with kaiyuan, han and ronald on sunday.. they keep saying all those lame things so i was practically laughing the entire day..

its nice to go out with a group of guys for a change.. their endless crapping and farny antics can really do a lot to cheer people up..

by the end of the day ky and han were wearing each other's shoes home.. han and me took ky's id bands home.. he took the transparent one while i took the black one..

its the first day of school today.. we're on phlebotomy course now so we have to give up 3 weeks of the holidays..

the lectures wasnt as bad as what i expected.. the lecturer (a phlebotomist) kept making farny comments about doctors.. laughed my ass off..

it was something about leaving the medical legal cases to the doctors.. they got higher pay because they got mbbs.. more money to hire lawyers..

i dont know how to phrase it to get the farny effect that she brought out.. pardon me for that..

had another lecture on infection control.. but i was half asleep throughout so i didnt catch what was going on.. but i got the gist.. i think i got it..

received news on our FYP today..

IM SO GOD DAMN HAPPY!

and i got many reasons to feel this way..

im doing individual project so i dont have to worry about having to partner with ehem ehem.. *clears throat*

im being sent back to tan tock seng shopping centre (i mean hospital).. man i love that place and the people there..

going back to my favourite department (clinical chemistry)..

doing HDL evaluation under the supervision of Dr Robert Hawkins.. saw that guy all the time when i was attached to ttsh previously.. never heard bad things about him before so i guess i will be fine under his supervision..

will get to see mdm ou again.. can learn more chim chim chinese proverbs from her..

so glad =)

we got to choose which polyclinic we want to be attached to for the next half of the semester.. we were told to put down more than one place if its convenient for us but i stubbornly put down jurong polyclinic only..

i certainly hope its not another case of reverse psychology trick adopted by ms ong..

going back to NUH tomorrow to practice phlebotomy on the dummy arm..

been wondering whether the dummy arm comes with the dummy (as in with head body and all) or its only an "amputated" arm..

at least i got something to look forward to now..
