listening to blue - if you come back

internet upgrade done on mon..
bringing grandpa for xray done..
bursary application done..
ear injection done..

got smthing to say about the last 2 on the list..
faced the same shitty situation that happens to me so often while i was at the SSIC endorsing the bursary form.. all the 'where is your father?' crap.. ive had enough of it seriously.. and usually these people wont give up asking the questions until i show them a xibeh dulan face..
i dont mind being asked about it.. but i certainly do mind being pestered for an answer.. big difference there.. i understand that its standard procedure.. but i guess standard procedure wouldnt include asking people why they dont have a father..
how the hell would i know?

had another injection for my ears yesterday.. not as traumatic as the first.. prolly because the doctor injected the steroid from the front of the ear lobes instead of from the back (the first time i did it was from the back)..
pretty interesting experience at the ENT clinic yesterday.. when it was my turn, the doctor came out of his room to shout for my name.. and he just kept calling and calling and calling..
even though im already standing right in front of him..
i looked at him in shock as he continued to call for my name.. i had to look up (he's tall) and wave my hands in his face before he stopped the calling and muttered something that sounds like oh youre here..
went into the procedure room and there was this lao jiao (smthing like experienced) doctor grilling a young doctor about otitis media.. the young doctor said he didnt know exactly what it was.. the lao jiao doctor proceeded to ask him another question instead..
if i hadnt recalled wrongly.. otitis media is an infection of the middle ear..
a while later.. the lao jiao went back to the topic of otitis media and he said.. otitis media is also known as an infection of the middle ear.. blah blah..
aha.. at least i remember something from the tons of notes i have.. =)

met iris on the train yesterday while going home.. she said that the alcoholic that was admitted could move and talk already.. and theres a circle of patients from the fifth floor ward that came up to talk to him everyday..
iris said common topic.. i guess only the people who get the joke will find it farny..
