its raining heavily now.. i really like rainy days.. especially the smell of grass in a heavy rain..

i think it all started in sec 4..

just for this entry, the term 'him' does not refer to cs. doesnt take a lot of brains to figure out who it is in this case..

it always rains in the morning at the time of flag raising when i was sec 4.. we all liked that a lot as it meant the skipping of the usual flag raising ceremony.. and that indirectly spared us from the daily dose of nagging by the principal and the DM..

the upper sec students got the priviledge to use the new classroom blocks because we were the so called seniors.. the new classrooms all had 4 big doors instead of the usual 2.. and its really cooling during rainy days..

i remember both of us used to be the kind of students who reach school very early in the morning.. and since our classrooms were just next to each other, we always spent the morning together at the balcony facing the school field looking at the rain fall..

no hanky panky or anything.. no head leaning on shoulder.. no sweet talk.. no holding hands.. just standing next to each other looking at the rain fall.. inhaling the fresh scent of the soaked grass field.. it always felt so warm just standing beside him looking at the rain fall..

when the bell rang, we would head back to our own classrooms.. our classrooms were at the corner of the block.. and we happened to be arranged to be seated in such a way that we were able to see each other in our seats..

so during a rainy day (whereby reading period was held in class instead of in the parade square), reading period was spent looking at him instead of the newspaper spread in front of me..

and this would continue until my form teacher came into the class.. somehow she knew what was happening.. so the first thing that she did whenever she came into the class was to close the front door of the class..

somehow.. i always pictured this scene vividly whenever it rains.. its one of the beautiful memories that i have..

and no.. i no longer have any feelings for him.. that im very sure..
