woke up this morning with a throbbing head and an aching back. couldnt sit up so i rolled myself off the bed before trying to get up.

went to sleep yesterday with my hair wet (i guess that, plus the ball attack accounts for my headache now) and it didnt take me much time to fall asleep. was simply too tired from the shit that i had for the past week.

If i could, i would have slept for the whole of today to shut my mind off from the various issues that are making me feel fucked up. nevertheless, the 10 hour sleep that i had is already enough to make me feel a wee bit better. both mentally and physically.

but i am still drained.
