Listening to 王力宏 - 流泪手心
liz says that we should not let sad cases affect us that much and that i will become 'immune' to it someday. and the most important thing is to learn something from each of these cases.
suddenly, i feel glad that im born healthy and ive managed to stay that way so far. i feel glad that i have got a family that sticks with me no matter how much shit i give them. i feel glad that i have a job and am able to (though barely) support myself and my family.
im starting to feel something for this job. seeing practically everyone that im closer to preparing to dive back into the world of lectures and exams makes me feel like doing the same.
i should seriously consider if i really want to change my job next year.

im used to being the one for aunties to go to if they want to complain about who they dont like in the lab.
i tried to listen at first but i realised that im not really interested in politics so i just mm-hmmed and ah-hahed my way through the one sided conversation.
after a while i just gave a stony face and continue with my work while they sit beside me and yakked away.
the other day, one of them was talking to me and suddenly i heard her say "aiya alamak i like talking to myself like that"..
conclusion: i suck at acting.

这样子做朋友和做陌生人有分别吗?
