Listening to a1 - walking in the rain

oh gosh. i used to love a1 so much. this is one of my all time favourite. and i used to love westlife too. got all of their albums until a1 split and westlife changed their music style. oh well. nothing lasts in this world anyway.

i have decided to do something about my weight gain. i shall not use work as an excuse to let myself continue to bloat up.

not going to slim down. going to find a way to convert those fats into muscles.

better heavy and toned than heavy and flabby/ underweight and malnourished.

determined to do it this time round. =)

tomorrow is my very precious off day. off days are as valuable as money is to me now. more valuable in fact. cos i cant use money to buy off days. cant use it to buy me another 24 hours per day too.

money. very useless in certain aspects of life.
