been eating non stop since last week and the effects are coming to haunt me now.

been saying a lot about starting running but ive been procrastinating.

cant let myself become one of those people who plant half of their ass on my thigh on the bus or train when they sit beside me.

i dont want to plant my ass on other people's thighs!

that thought should make me start running.

how scary.
