spent one whole day walking around aimlessly with cs today.. very mundane but i enjoyed myself very much.. we went to the library at west mall together but cant find any books to our liking.. went into san bookshop to look at even more books after we came out of the lib.. the bookshop used to be my favourite hangout in my primary school days.. gwen and i will always meet up after school to look for our favourite series - animorphs.. i still can remember that we used to go crazy over the latest book in the series.. the storyline is already vague in my mind but i still can remember the characters.. i used to adore jake and gwen used to adore tobias (hes a half hawk and half human if i remember correctly).. its so farny to think back about those days now.. i sold back my entire animorph collection when i was in sec sch for a meagre sum of money.. forty something books for about only about thirty dollars... cos those books have been with me for years and their looks have deteriorated (or depreciation for peeps studying accounts)..
so anyway.. i found tonnes (pardon the exaggeration cos its a really rare thing to find more than 2 of his books on the same shelf in a lib) of robin cook's books... INCLUDING outbreak!!! i can rent the book at $5.50 but im totally broke now.. boo hoo hoo =(.. i'd really love to read the book again... cs wanted to read some resident evil book but it also costs $5.50 to rent it.. so we both left the shop.. him thinking about his RE books and me thinking about my outbreak =(.. a poor couple..
