shirts

i spent about close to one hour blogging yesterday night but somehow when i published my blog, the entry was empty =(.. there goes an hour of my effort typing while battling irritating pop-up ads (i am NOT interested in gambling online! *fumes*)..

so anyway my entry yesterday was about my shopping spree with meilian at orchard.. we wanted to lunch at jack's place but the place is so crowded that we were told that we would have to wait for an hour or so before seats were available.. HCl would have churned a hole out of my stomach by then cause i was so hungry.. so we decided to eat at pastamania instead.. yum yum..
we headed to far east after lunch to shop for new clothes.. both of us needed new clothes badly cause our wardrobe is pathetic.. i think mine has got to be the worse.. i got only 8 tee shirts in my wardrobe (excluding oversized ones that i wear at home).. 8!!! =( everything that i own is ancient.. i only have a pair of leather slippers.. a pair of sandals (superglued countless times).. a pair of adidas running shoes (age - 3years, superglue used so far - >3tubes).. a pair of fake adidas shoes (age - 2years, has not been glued yet but theres a hole at the bottom of the shoe so i always end up with wet socks and all when its raining *yucks*).. hmm as for bags.. ive got only.. ONLY one bag.. thats my deuter thats been with me for the past few years.. i love the bag to bits cause my mom bought it for me.. and its seasoned after i dragged it with me everywhere for years.. the bag accompanied me to malaysia.. indonesia and thailand.. the only complaint that i have for the bag is its size.. sometimes its too small(when i need to carry my guards and all to tkd).. sometimes its too big(when i only need to carry my phone, wallet and waterbot).. ive been eyeing a deuter transalpine since i was in secondary school.. the price has dropped from 130 plus plus to 80 plus plus over the years but i still cant bring myself to spend 80 plus plus on it =(.. i really love that bag.. the new colour (grey) is much nicer than the old ones that they have.. guess ill have to wait until i strike 4D.. but wait.. i dont even buy 4D!! *weeps*..

ah.. i went off track..

so anyway the both of us shopped at far east for hours before making our purchase.. she bought a new pink shirt while i bought 2 new black (yes.. black again) shirts.. yipee.. that brings my total number of shirts to 10!!! but im officially broke for the rest of the holidays.. guess the only place i can go now is the lib(free) and swimming($1 per visit).. no more buffets for me =( *crys hysterically*..

met up with cs at his workplace (kallang) after parting with meilian.. we went to bugis for dinner.. tried the kakiage bowl at yoshinoya for the first time yesterday.. its not to my liking cause theres chunks and chunks of onions.. i hate onions and i wont touch them unless im having a blocked nose.. weijie told me years ago that eating onions help to clear the blockage and ive been using his remedy since then.. it really works.. i guess ill give the kakiage bowl a pass next time.. i shall stick to the kakiage burger at mos.. sounds similiar to the kakiage bowl aint it.. but the taste is pretty much different..

i guess thats all that was in my entry that i typed yesterday while battling pop ups (spare me from it.. i really dont gamble!!!!!!).. if this entry still does not appear on my blog.. im giving up blogging..
